Chris's brother was serving in the San Bernadion, California Mission. He finished his mission on September 15, 2009 (that is when he got on the plane back to Tonga). Originally Chris and I decided that Kilika and Myself were going to go to Tonga to be with his family when he returned from his mission. His family is still living in Tonga with the acception of two, Chris and his sister Hisa (who now lives in Australia with her husband). Hisa was going to Tonga, and Chris thought it would be a good time to finally meet his family, and his family to meet Kilika and myself. Well, I knew it had been a while since Chris had seen any member of his immediate family, and honestly I was too scared to travel alone, and meeting his family without him there. So, we were talking one day with a friend of ours and Chris had mentioned that he wanted to go to Cali to see his brother before he went home, but we don't have that kind of finances. She automatically offered to get us tickets, and the next day she called and told us that it was set. All we had to do was give her the dates of our flights. So, we jumped on the opportunity, (she also included free hotels) and we found someone that would lend us there car (whom lives in Utah). So we decided that we were going to fly to Utah, grab the car, then drive to Cali. Also, while we were going to be in Cali, we were going to make the best of our trip and play tourist also. So, we decided that we were going to fly out on the 12th of September to meet up with his brother in Cali by the 13th.
